EU AI Act
We ensure that all AI features within Refybe comply with the EU AI Act, prioritizing transparency, safety, and responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Last update: 10 November 2025
Introduction
The EU AI Act establishes rules to ensure that artificial intelligence is used safely, transparently and in a way that respects fundamental rights. Refybe uses AI to support creativity, improve campaign performance and assist users in achieving their marketing goals—while keeping user trust and data protection at the center.
On this page you will find information about how our AI-powered features work, how they are classified under the EU AI Act and which safeguards we deploy to ensure responsible AI use.
How we use AI within our platform
AI-generated content
We use AI to help users create campaign copy and image assets. These features are designed to be optional assistive tools. Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing.
AI-generated page templates
AI can generate suggested page (color) templates based on campaign goals. These suggestions serve as a starting point and can be manually adjusted by the user. Generated templates do not make autonomous decisions and fall under low-risk, assistive AI.
AI analysis of anonymized campaign data
We use AI models to summarize and analyze anonymized performance data from a user’s campaign. This allows us to provide insights such as engagement levels, trends or potential improvements—all without processing personal data.
Platform-wide insights and improvement suggestions
Aggregated and anonymized data from all campaigns may be used to generate improvement suggestions. These insights help users optimize their campaign setup while ensuring that no individual user or participant can ever be identified.
AI advice on selecting the best game format
Our AI tool recommends the most effective game format based on anonymized overall performance data and campaign goals. These recommendations are non-binding and fully transparent, allowing users to make the final decision.
AI risk classification under the EU AI Act
Low-risk AI systems
.Refybe only uses AI in low-risk categories such as content generation, recommendations and data summarization. Our AI does not make decisions that produce legal effects, does not profile individuals, and does not process personal data.
No high-risk or prohibited AI systems
We do not use AI for biometric identification, emotion recognition, worker monitoring, social scoring or any other form of high-risk or prohibited AI as defined by the EU AI Act.
Transparency, safety and user control
Human oversight
AI features are designed to assist—not replace—human judgment. Users always remain in control of their campaign, content and final decisions.
Data protection and anonymization
All AI-driven analytics use anonymized or aggregated data. Personal data is never used to train, refine or operate our AI systems. This ensures compliance with both the EU AI Act and the GDPR.
Transparency
Whenever a feature uses AI, we communicate this clearly through the interface. Users are informed when content or recommendations are generated by AI, as required by the EU AI Act.
Model quality and safety monitoring
We monitor the behavior of our AI features to ensure that outputs remain safe, accurate and aligned with the intended functionality. Any issues can be reported via our contact page and will be reviewed promptly.
Your rights under the EU AI Act

Users have the right to know when they are interacting with AI tools within Refybe. We provide clear notifications for all AI-generated outputs.
