Spotler Activate users rely on behavioural events to build accurate customer profiles and trigger personalised journeys, but engagement data from gamification campaigns is often disconnected from the CDP and cannot be used for segmentation or automation.

Refybe connects to Spotler Activate through the backend API using your Account Identifier and API Key. When a participant submits their details, Refybe sends a profile event, such as CompleteRegistration or a custom event name like GameParticipation, along with contact data and campaign context. This enriches the customer profile in Activate immediately.
