What can I do if my IP address has been blocked?
If your IP has been (temporarily) blocked, this usually means our system detected unusual or suspicious traffic patterns. Blocks typically expire automatically within a short period. If you believe this was a mistake, you can contact support via our helpdesk and include your public IP address for manual review.
